Returns Policy

Return Eligibility
Synoras accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for unused phone cases in original packaging with proof of purchase. Customized or engraved cases are final sale unless defective. Returns for reasons such as wrong size, color, or style are eligible for store credit or exchange.

Return Process
To initiate a return, email support@Synoras.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization number and shipping address. Returns without authorization may not be processed. Packages should be securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned phone case. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Store credits are issued immediately via email. Delays may occur during peak seasons or if return conditions are not met.

Exchanges
For exchanges (e.g., incorrect size or design), email support@Synoras.com with your order details and preferred replacement. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired phone case is out of stock, we will issue store credit or a refund instead.

Defective or Damaged Items
If your Synoras phone case arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days at support@Synoras.com with photos/videos as proof. We will cover return shipping costs and expedite a replacement or full refund upon verification.

Non-Returnable Items
Clearance sale items, personalized cases (e.g., with custom photos/text), and opened accessories are non-returnable. Returns for these items are only accepted if they arrive defective or incorrect due to our error.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to Synoras’ error (e.g., wrong item shipped). We recommend using tracked shipping to ensure safe delivery. Lost return packages are not eligible for refunds.

International Returns
International customers may return phone cases but must cover return shipping and customs fees. Refunds will exclude original shipping costs. Consider contacting support@Synoras.com before returning to explore cost-effective solutions.
