Order Processing Time
All Synoras orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During promotional periods or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. Once your phone case order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. If you have not received updates within this timeframe, please contact us at support@Synoras.com for assistance.

Shipping Methods and Carriers
We partner with reliable carriers like USPS, UPS, and DHL to deliver Synoras phone cases domestically and internationally. Shipping methods vary by location and order value, with options including standard, expedited, and express shipping. Customers can select their preferred method at checkout based on cost and delivery speed.

Domestic Shipping
For orders within the United States, standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after processing. Expedited options (2-3 business days) and express shipping (1-2 business days) are available for an additional fee. All domestic orders include tracking and insurance coverage for loss or damage during transit.

International Shipping
Synoras ships phone cases globally to over 100 countries. Delivery times range from 7-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any import taxes, duties, or fees imposed by their country. International orders include limited tracking and may require additional processing time.

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on orders over $50, and for orders under $50 we have flat shipping at $4.99.

Order Tracking
Once your Synoras phone case ships, a tracking number will be provided via email. Use this number to monitor your package’s status through the carrier’s website. If tracking appears inactive for more than 5 business days, contact us at support@Synoras.com for support.

Shipping Delays
Delays may occur due to weather, carrier errors, customs inspections, or incorrect addresses. If your order is significantly delayed, we will proactively notify you and work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Refunds or replacements may be offered for cases lost in transit.

Address Changes
To modify your shipping address, email support@Synoras.com within 24 hours of ordering. Changes are not guaranteed after processing begins. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply. Double-check your address at checkout to avoid delays.
